Makeup application times vary, based on the type of look you are wanting. Allow up to 45 minutes for a standard application, or 1.5 hours for a bridal makeup trial, which gives us time to discuss what look you are after and evaluate the application if any changes are needed.
I offer a mobile-only service, so I will travel to your location. In some instances, I can organise a premises, on a case-by-case basis.
Photos of the hairstyle you’ll be having
Photos similar to your bouquet colourings
Photos or fabric samples of yours and your bridesmaid(s) dresses
Wear a plain white top (if you are wearing white on your wedding day)
Bring a camera so you can see what your makeup looks like in photos
With any makeup application service Janet provides a free sample of the lipstick used so that you are able to reapply if needed throughout the day or evening.
If you haven’t had a spray tan before, I would recommend a trial before your event to ensure you are happy with the end result.
I am very particular with spray tans (being extremely pale myself) and have tried them all! Please refer to my ‘Friends” tab for details on Endless Summer Tans, whom I always trust to look after my clients when it comes to a natural-looking tan.
An alternative to eyelash extensions is false lashes. I am very particular about what brands/types I use as I want them to look natural. When wearing a pair, I often get asked if they are eyelash extensions or my own eyelashes.
False lashes are applied at the time of your makeup application and are removed by peeling them off before you go to bed.
If you are a bride-to-be and haven’t had eyelash extensions or false eyelashes before, I recommend triailing them before your big day.
Depending on the location, accommodation costs may also apply.
These costs are negotiated when booking your service.
