SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items are normally shipped within New Zealand by Fastway Couriers and will arrive within 3-6 business days after shipping from our store. If, for whatever reason, the product you have ordered is unavailable, we will email you immediately to offer an alternative product, inform you of the wait time or offer a full refund.

International Shipping

At this time we are unable to offer international shipping. However, if you require our assistance, you can email info@janetrowemakeup.co.nz and we will try our best to help!

Sales Tax
All products on the Janet Rowe Makeup Artist website are GST-inclusive.
 
REFUND AND RETURNS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase on all orders. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products in unused condition, with packaging, back to Janet Rowe Makeup Artist a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees).

Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed.

An original receipt is required for all returns. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.

Defective products may be returned within a reasonable period of time from date of purchase for a replacement or merchandise credit only.

When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose your purchase receipt. To ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date.

Upon our receipt of your returned products, please allow up to 30 days for us to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within two full billing cycles.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Errors and Damages
Please email us at info@janetrowemakeup.co.nz if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. To streamline the process, please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of the problem. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
